SHIPPING POLICY

Last updated: October 23, 2026

VELMORA aims to provide clear information about shipping and delivery.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, weekends, public holidays, and other operational circumstances.

2. Delivery

Available delivery methods and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout or communicated to the customer before the order is completed.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process before the customer completes the purchase.

Where free shipping is offered, the applicable conditions will be displayed on the website or during checkout.

4. Delivery Delays

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances outside VELMORA's reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen events.

Such delays do not affect mandatory consumer rights.

5. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.

If an order cannot be delivered because the information provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery arrangements may be required.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment appears to have been lost or arrives damaged, customers should contact VELMORA as soon as reasonably possible.

VELMORA will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

7. International Orders

For international deliveries, additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on the destination and applicable regulations.

Where such charges are legally payable by the customer, the customer may be responsible for them unless otherwise stated at checkout.

8. Contact
